Online bookings — Furadouro SPA

1. Service provider

The online booking service is provided by , VAT no. 503969052, with premises at Avenida Infante D. Henrique 734, 3880-355 Ovar. Contacts: +351 256 590 090 · spa@furadourohotel.com.

2. Scope

These terms govern the online booking of massages, rituals and treatments at Furadouro SPA. Bookings are subject to these terms, to the SPA Rules & Etiquette and to applicable Portuguese law.

3. Prices and payment

Prices shown on the website include VAT at the legal rate in force. Full payment is due at the time of booking. After submitting a booking, the client receives a secure payment link (Reduniq) by email. The booking remains pending, with the slot held, until payment is successfully collected, at which point it is confirmed by email.

4. Cancellations, rescheduling and no-shows

Under the SPA Rules: rescheduling requested up to 48 hours before the scheduled time carries an additional charge of 50% of the treatment price; within 48 hours, or in the case of a no-show, payment in full is due. In case of late arrival, the treatment period will be shortened.

Right of withdrawal: under article 17(1)(l) of Decree-Law no. 24/2014 of 14 February, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure and wellness services with a specific date or period of performance, such as the bookings made on this website.

5. Conditions of use of the SPA

Entry to the SPA is reserved for persons aged 16 or over. Pregnancy, medical restrictions or special conditions must be communicated at the time of booking. The remaining rules on use, clothing, health and safety are set out in the SPA Rules & Etiquette.

6. Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Portuguese Law no. 58/2019 of 8 August.

7. Alternative dispute resolution (Law no. 144/2015)

In the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer may resort to an alternative consumer dispute resolution body. Without prejudice to the territorially competent body, we indicate CNIACC — Centro Nacional de Informação e Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo (www.cniacc.pt). The updated list of ADR bodies is available on the Consumer Portal at www.consumidor.gov.pt. The European online dispute resolution platform is also available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

8. Complaints book

The establishment provides a complaints book in physical and electronic form, accessible at www.livroreclamacoes.pt.

9. Applicable law

Portuguese law applies. The provider reserves the right to change rules and rates, undertaking to publish changes through the available channels; bookings already paid are governed by the conditions in force on the booking date.
